LOCAL PICK UP
We offer local pick up at our Gilbert, Arizona warehouse (M-F 9am-2pm)

Please message us through Etsy for our office phone number if you'd like to call/text to ensure you can find us. Holiday hours will vary, so just be sure to check with us around holidays for pick up times.
SHIPPING TIMES
Orders will ship out within 3 business days. (Priority is given with upgraded shipping)
Packages are shipped via USPS First Class mail, unless you purchase an upgraded shipping method at checkout.
+ Domestic First Class orders: Usually take 3-7 business days (once shipped) to reach you. Time frame is not guaranteed by USPS.
+ International First Class orders: Usually take 1.5-4 weeks (once shipped) to reach you. Time frame is not guaranteed by USPS.
+ Priority Mail orders: Usually take 2-4 business days (once shipped) to reach you. Time frame is still not guaranteed by USPS.
+ EXPRESS Priority Mail orders: Take 1-2 business days (once shipped) to reach you. This is the ONLY shipping method with a guaranteed time frame by USPS.
RETURNS
Items that arrive damaged or sent in error will be corrected immediately.
Returning an item that was correctly sent:
+ Please contact us within 48 hrs of receiving.
+ THERE IS A 25% RESTOCK FEE.
+ We do not accept returns for items that are customized or not matching items purchased from other sellers.
+ Colors can vary on screens, please contact us with color questions before purchasing. Please read product sizes in item description before purchasing.
+ Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Return shipping cost is customer responsibility.
+ Returned items must arrive back to us in same condition received. Please send back the same way we sent it to ensure no smashing.
+ Provide return tracking info within 5 days of delivery.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your product for a different one, please just note that original shipping cost cannot be refunded or applied to new order. Return shipping is customer responsibility and cost to ship replacement item will need to be paid by customer also. Thank you for understanding.
Exchanged items must arrive back to us in same condition received. Please send back the same way we sent it to ensure no smashing.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We can swap colors on our items, as we have many to choose from! However, we are not currently offering any custom cuts, shapes or custom wording on any of our products.
Any order with custom colors will not be eligible for return or exchange.
